I’ve known Andy since late 2017 and have worked as a freelancer for his Company, 4 Minutes for quite some time now.
In 2020 we set up Cascade First Aid together with me as the majority shareholder. Whilst I was an experienced freelancer by this time I had no real idea about running my own business. This is where Andy’s extensive business knowledge and excellent mentoring skills have proven invaluable. Not many businesses make a profit in their first year but with Andy’s help, support and guidance, Cascade has managed to make a profit every single year. It’s fair to say that without Andy’s help my business would not be thriving.
Andy has a friendly relaxed coaching style and really knows his stuff both in relation to the first aid industry and the business world. It’s fair to say that Andy has in fact changed my life and outlook and for that I’m very grateful.
